OQG nuclear response correspondence preprint
Version 1.3 | 18 October 2026
Author: Todd J. Desiato

PURPOSE
Reproduce the numerical checks of the corresponding-state response identities.
These tests implement a declared mathematical family. They are not a measured
helium-4 dataset, an ab initio nuclear calculation, or an independent selection
of the frequency and length factors by a physical environment.

REPRODUCE THE NUMERICAL CHECKS
Python 3.10 or later, NumPy, and SciPy are required.
Run from the extracted directory:

  python verify_response.py

The script prints and writes verification_results.json. It exits unsuccessfully
if any declared check fails. The seed is 20261017. The spectrum and matrices,
frequency range, factor pairs, quadrature settings, and tolerances are specified
in the script. All units are internally consistent and hbar is set to one.
Floating-point outputs may vary slightly with numerical libraries and hardware.

REBUILD THE MANUSCRIPT
Pandoc and python-docx are required. Run:

  python build_preprint.py

Pandoc converts the Markdown equations to editable native Word mathematics.
The builder then applies Times New Roman prose, equation numbers, and layout.
The generated Word file requires a visual render check after any edits.

CREDIT AND PROVENANCE
The numerical script and its synthetic inputs come unchanged from
OQG_Nuclear_Response_and_GR_Calculation_V1_0, prepared on 17 October 2026.
The preprint condenses that note and preserves the conditional scope of the
response transformation and specified GR comparison.

Version 1.1 expands the physical definitions and explanations. It corrects
the geometry explanation: the electric energy coefficient per charge squared
scales as 1/(epsilon*b), whereas the magnetic coefficient per current squared
scales as mu*b. The resulting constitutive ratios are unchanged. See
AUDIT_NOTES.md for the complete revision and definition record.

Version 1.2 adds explicit dependencies on the prior OQG theorems and source
applications, explains what helium transition data and a height comparison
can establish, and records Alhawarat's independent V1.1 verification.
The 17 display equations, numerical code, and numerical result files are
unchanged from V1.1. No new numerical execution was needed for this prose
revision; the original reproduction summary is retained with its actual date.

Ali Alhawarat's 18 October 2026 report states that his fresh execution of the
V1.1 response package reproduced the archived results exactly. It also
reports analytical checks of the conditional transformations and a separate
high-precision GR calculation. This revision credits those completed checks.
He has not yet reviewed V1.3 or given final publication approval for it.
His private reports are not included in this archive.

VERSION 1.3 REVISION
The manuscript explicitly connects the constitutive coefficients to the prior
nuclear-storage and field-profile derivation, states the physical interpretation
being compared with GR, and consolidates the assumptions. Section 6.1 documents
the equilibrium ensemble, causal passive Drude bath, regularization, and scope
of the environmental self-energy. The 17 numbered equations, numerical code,
input data, and archived results are unchanged from V1.2. This is a manuscript
and documentation revision; it does not report a new numerical execution.
