Overview
Develops the hypothesis that scattering reduces the electromagnetic power available to support matter in equilibrium. A resonant-dipole calculation demonstrates reduced reception through interference. Within the stated corresponding-state family, the supporting-power theorem connects stable binding, clock and ruler scaling, recoverable gravitational work, gravitational potential energy stored in matter, and geodesic motion. The exact Schwarzschild extension retains its explicit response conditions.
